Messaging Terms of Service

Advanced Cash Management, LLC ("ACM," "we," "our," or "us") offers a text messaging program for account-related and service communications. These Messaging Terms of Service ("Messaging Terms") describe that program. By opting in to receive text messages from ACM, or from one of ACM's clients using ACM's technology, you agree to these Messaging Terms.

1. Program Description

ACM's text messaging program sends account-related and service messages. Depending on your relationship with ACM or an ACM client, these may include payment reminders, payment links, payment confirmations and receipts, account notifications and alerts, service and appointment updates, identity or one-time verification codes, and responses to questions you send us. Messages are triggered by your account activity or by an event related to a service you have requested.

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive text messages by providing your mobile number and consent through an ACM or ACM client opt-in form, a text keyword, our interactive voice response (IVR) system, or another approved consent method. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary based on your account activity and the services you use.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. ACM does not charge you to receive messages, but your carrier's standard rates still apply.

5. How to Opt Out

You can cancel the text messaging program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send a one-time message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from that program. To rejoin, opt in again using any of the methods described above.

7. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier's network and is not guaranteed.

8. If You Change or Deactivate Your Number

If you change or deactivate the mobile number associated with your account, please update your contact information or let us know, so that messages are not sent to a number that has been reassigned to someone else.

9. Shopping Cart Reminders

ACM does not currently operate an e-commerce shopping cart reminder program. If ACM later offers shopping cart reminder messages, those messages will be sent only where you have separately opted in to receive them.

10. Privacy

Information collected through our text messaging program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. ACM does not sell, rent, or share text messaging opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. This information is shared only with the aggregators and service providers that help us deliver the messages.

11. Supported Carriers and Devices

Text messaging is supported on most major U.S. mobile carriers, but availability and delivery may vary by carrier and device, and may change without notice.

12. Changes to These Messaging Terms

We may update these Messaging Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued participation in the program after changes are posted means you accept the updated Messaging Terms.
